Tranny knock in 2000 Mustang GT ?

I have a 2000 gt 5 speed when i start the car the tranny like knocks you can feel it in the clutch and shifter and u can hear it. sometimes it also does it when u let clutch out in first put only first any help would be greatley appreciated..

i would almost bet a hundred bucks that its just a U joint

thats wat i thought but i checked and they are fine lol

Check your engine and tranny mounts, My 03 did this during start. You could watch the engine twisting.

i have no idea bro... im gonna say take it somewhere and have them check u joints n stuff around there. i know you checked those but you never know
