Trouble code on 06 mustang gt

I just installed a meziere electric water pump. After installation the car ran fine, had it idling to make sure no leaks etc. Today i was taking it for a test drive, put it in first gear 5 secs. later monkey wrench and check engine light goes on and car tried to stall. Turned the car on again and ran fine, got the car back into the driveway and again same problem, pulled the code P0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input. What can i do to solve problem?

Did you forget to plug your MAF sensor back in on the intake all the way? There is a tab on it that has to be snapped in place.
