I bougt two pairs of hood vents and both started peeling after 7 months. Trufiber won't do anything and they don't stand behind the craftsmanship of their product. Just an FYI before you spend money on this particular piece.

That sucks. Those arent cheap. I've been wanting a pair of those too. Its one thing if there is a defect and they stand behind it. I don't like companies that ignore you after they get their money. Especially if they are the ones making the parts.

I have these as well. No problems yet and they've been on in the texas sun for about 6 months now. If you purchase them, it definitely wouldn't hurt to get them shot with a bit of clear before installing just for 'cheap' insurance. Sorry to see you're having issues. It's one of the coolest subtle mods that I don't see a whole lot of.
