Tuck...Un-Tuck

I’m starting to piece together my 5 lug and cobra brake conversion on my 87 notch and seem to be stuck.
First, the rims I want to get only come in 17x9 with 5.85 back spacing and +24mm offset.
If I run 94-95 spindles with a 235/40/17 tire how far would the wheel stick out of the fender?
And if I go with stock length fox axles from North Race Cars
With the 17x9’s and a 275 tire would the wheel still be tucked in the fender? What my main concern is to eliminate the tuck un-tuck look of the wheels. I don’t like how the front tires seem to stick out of the wheel wells and the rears are tucked in. would I have this issue with this setup? Also would I have any major rubbing problems with what I have named above plus an h&r super sport springs drop?

Well the M-2300-K Cobra Brake kit says if you want to run 9" Wheels out back you need 6.42" of Backspace.
