I'm trying to something to tweak my car and to be honest I don't know where to begin. I do have a good background in electronics though so I know I can figure it out. I have not found anything that is compatible with the X32 computer in my car however and was wondering if anyone has any ideas where to go. My car is an 87 with basically the engine and electronics out of a 93 Cobra. Aside from the stock stuff its got what I was told was a mild RV cam?, MSD ignition, and all the emission stuff removed. I don't know if the computer itself is tweakable through its unused port or if I would need a plug in module that has been programmed. Any helpful info would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you can get a plug in module...but your gonna wanna find some one who can program it for your specific application...other wise pointless and a waste of money...or the best way to go is to buy a pms system or the aem system...the pms system is way cheaper and does the same thing!

Advance your timing. and put a lower (180*) thermostat and dont waste time or money on a chip. Put that money into more mods.

You can tune the computer, even the Cobra, but at this point it wouldn't bring you much benefit.
What's up with the RV cam? That's not conducive to performance, you'll run out of steam with it long before you should.
