I really don't remember anything about this car in the 1990s. Anyway, being that they've had 4 1/2 years to make it since the new version was announced and nothing has been made as of yet I'm thinking it might not ever be made.
It would be interesting if a production vehicle made it to fruition with a 5.0L though.

Actually, I’ve never heard of this car. It popped up in one of my feeds on another forum, and looked interesting, so there it is …

I've never heard of this either. I would also agree it would be neat to see a modern British 2-seater equipped with a 5.0L Coyote make it to production.

On a related note, check out this list of Test Procedures | NHTSA that have to be completed for a production vehicle to be sold in the USA. I would imagine the European or UK equivalent(s) are equally as onerous. I briefly glanced at the Occupant Crash Protection testing standard and it had 15 different sections alone and 8 appendices.

From concept -> design -> first prototype -> internal reliability & performance testing -> supply chain management -> investor funding -> hiring employees -> assembly line building -> regulatory compliance -> marketing & actual sales, this perhaps could take years!
