I have a 79 Capri with a 5.1 stuffed under the hood. But any way I had to run two pcv valves because it would blow the driver side (left) valve cover gasket. So I got a 68 oil cap with a hole in it and did not block the hole, to see if it would blow oil out, I did not think it would because it had cotton in it for a fillter. It blew oil allover my fender, so I put a pcv valve in the hole and ran tube to a T connector to the other pcv tube and ran them in the back of the carborator. No more oil leaks, are both pcv's ok to run??

Yes you can run 2 PCVs no problem, but theres a nicer way to do it, you can place a "catch can" before sending the oil gases back to the carb, this way you get less oil into your carb.
Yoiu can use a plastic FUEL filter as a catch can, just place it before the carb.
