underdrive pulley drawbacks?

What are the drawbacks of installing underdrive pulleys? What is sacrificed in return for more rwhp?

Power gain is minimal, 8 RWHPs for me... It revs better...

A/C is even lazier... but only while not driving, like in a traffic jam...
