updating heads

I found a good gt40 upper and lower along the heads on a 97 explorer, car is pretty stock, what should i put in the heads spring and rocker wise.

There's a tfs spring kit specific for those heads and Proform make an affordable set of pedestal mounted rockers in both 1.6 and 1.7.
