I am in the process of installing some Eibach pro kit springs on my 14 gt.

I finished with the front drivers side and when I went to loosen the upper strut mount bolts one of the studs broke.

What are my options?

That certainly does not seem normal. If those are OEM mounts you may need to get a new mount. I know that sometimes the mounts come apart during the disassembly of the strut assembly so be careful not to lose any bearings.

I had one break on me too. The steeda mounts have extra thick bolts that torque to 45 ft/lbs instead of the 20 ft /lbs these other brands torque to.

I had to get new mounts as well when I lowered my car due to loosing bearings..just a fyi there around $100 for both of them from the dealership
