Have fun with that. It's a ridiculous, stupid, flimsy part. The dealership here in Canada wanted $800 for it, I think I called in the US and it was around $500. Either way it was stupid. I always turn the lumbar support to max anyway so what I did is took the seat frame into a machine shop. they welded in a 1/8" steel plate there, to which I glued upholstery foam and cut it to the right shape. I'll admit, I had too much at first so I took it apart and cut some off and now its perfect, permanent and solid.
