Hi all from Finland,

I'm new in forum so now you all have a good chance to laugh my finnish style english. Anyway, wanted to show how I decided to build some stereo systems.

I used back seat delete kit as a table for amplifiers and power equipments. With this plan I now have still some room in trunk for stuff as bags etc. Half way in trunk and interior is now two separate subwoofer box.

Now I'm using:
- Alpine IVA-520R head unit (not satisfied completely, the operating system is not as good as I hoped it to be)
- Alpine PXA-H100 processor (good for basic work)
- Alpine HCE-C115 camera
- Ampire AMT 070 touch screen
- Optima battery
- Stinger 5f capacitor (is this written right?)
- AIV RCA cables
- AIV fuse box
- Brax Nox 28 tweeters (love these, very fine clean voice)
- Brax Matrix 6.1 mids
- Brax Matrix 10.1 subs
- Brax Volt meter @ dashboard
- Helix P200 Precision (for subs)
- Helix P400 Precision (for tweet and mid)
- Dynamat, a lot! :grinroll:

Please check the pics :yup:

Thank You.

My systems minus point is that I can't use the backseats anymore, though it's quite tight to sit there anyway, not so much space for adult :shigrin

This all looks awesome. How sturdy is the back rest area where the subs are sitting? Wouldn't mind seeing a picture from inside the trunk to see how it sits up .. Been wanting to do this with mine just worried it wouldn't hold up over time.

Hi!

Both of the subs are in their own sub box. I made the boxes of MDF and classfiber. Boxes are bolted to the car so they will not move or make resonance. There is also a lot of Dynamat on the cars floor and sides. The whole sub box project wasn't an easy task to do, but it was worth for it!

I tried to make the trunk to look as OEM, and here is a pic of it, please check:

The size of the trunk is now half of the original, but there is enough room for some stuff when going to carshows etc.

Here is a couple of pics more, just for show:

I finally got my Bluethooth working so now i don't need anymore any cd or memory sticks. I have all the music in Spotify in my phone with me. It's easy to play songs, videos and stuff also outside car in shows. Like it a lot.

Here is one more of the interior. Red lights in the amplimiers looks nice when it's dark, and I have also some red led lights under the amplifiers, but they are not on in this pic.

Can't wait to get back on the road, in Finland there is A LOT of snow now and I have to wait for the springtime to come... AAARGH!
So the car is still in the carage, waiting... ... ... :smilie

Thanks for the reply. I think once it gets a little bit warmer here I'll be attempting to do something similar with mine as well. Every car I've owned has had subs and I been wanting to do something like this setup in my new car. Thanks alot man.
