Make sure it doesn't rub the hood and we need pics! :laughlitt
stlwagon said:That's not too bad. Is it putting any pressure on the hood or did it just compress the insulation?
Hoodlum said:Steeda makes one(not listed on there site) but www.stangsuspension.com has it listed on there site(made a post the other day) direct link http://www.stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=932
Just incase you didnt know.
stlwagon said:You can pick up that Steeda STB for $159.99 at Brenspeed.
Hoodlum said:military discount at stangsuspension not listedBut thanx for another site to peruze!
EDIT: Just checked out Brenspeed they dont carry the V6 version(GT version does not fit V6). So stangsuspension is the only site I've seen so far that does.
2horseowner said:That Steeda bar looks just like the one on my GT. Does the V6 engine sit higher or something?
Heatho said:I hope this doesn't sound like a stupid question, but is a tower brace the best bang for the buck in upgrading suspension? Would a full set of springs or other mod be better?
Also, how noticible is the diference with the tower brace?
R3dF1r3 said:Not in my opionion. I spoke to Steve Saleen for 1/2 hour at a show recently and this was one of the questions I had.
He claims the new '05 chassis is so stiff, they didn't offer a tower brace.
I feel yr $$ can be way better served in other components if you are looking for road hugging benefits.
