I have a GT500 rear bumper to put on my 4 liter, and I have searched the site and found a few threads about doing a GT bumper swap, but want to know if anyone has pictures, or detailed instructions on doing so. I have gathered that I will need some hardware (an extra push pin connector, and a few bolts. Anybody with pics of the process, please chime in. I would love to have a really good grasp of what I need to do before I take a body pannel off you know! The Gt500 (or california special) bumper is about 1.5 inches lower than the 6 one, will I need to relocate my exhaust tips lower? Shoud I remove the muffs then install them after the bumper? So many questions. So little time.
