you'll need a lot.. i contemplated this idea, but if you don't have a donor car, don't bother trying unless you're going carburated
v6 to cobra v8??

Im thinking to buy an cobra v8 engine with transsmision and replace it with my v6,so do you think that i will have to change alot of things.im goona buy the same for my body year.

Your best bet is to just buy a car with a v8. There is so much needed to make the conversion. You will have to buy the computer with all of the wiring and you will have to get the 8.8 rear end. Theres a lot more that I just can't think of, but it is just easier and cheaper to buy a new car. Do a search there are plenty of threads on this.
If you really want a fast car it would be cheaper to start modding your v6. You can get some pretty impressive numbers out of the 3.8. These cars weigh a lot less than a gt or cobra. You can get a supercharger and a few other mods and keep up with gt's if not beat them.
