I have been dealing with a vacuum leak for ages and finally just noticed something, im not sure if this needs to be hooked up or not but I have a feeling it does but I dont know what it is or where the line would go! It is behind the intake to the right of the egr. Thanks in advance

that would be ur pcv valve, it connects to the intake

the bottom one connects to the intake but the top spout doesnt connect to anything so where does the top spout go?

The top port should have a rubber cap on it.
