For the valve cover that says, Ford Turbo (aluminium), I used the cork valve cover gasket. This thing just LEAKS and is garbage in my opinion.

Any suggestions, and/or part numbers for a good, non-cork gasket?

Go to your local Ford dealer and order part #F57Z-6584-A. A little pricey but worth every cent. It will never leak, guaranteed!

I'm not sure if it's the same one that evintho suggested, but the ranger VC gaskets with the metal in them are apparently the best, and they are also re-usable which means that you can pull one from the JY!

The blue fel-pro is usually a baad seal. I can say that I have only heard of 1 person that was ever satisfied with the blue one.

The Ford re-useable is good.

Forced4 sells them as well.

The blue fel-pro is too thick for the turbo valve cover it pushes out, so if u can get a cork to work leave it alone but it is a one out of three chance it works. So I spent the cash and got the one from Ford and it work great the first time.
