What year did Ford stop using cast aluminum valve covers on the mustang 5.0L Mustang engine? My 91 LX 5.0L vert has black painted stamped steel valve covers.

'82 and '83s had the finned aluminum "Powered by Ford" covers with the thin "rail"(easily broken by overtightening), while the '84 and '85 had nearly identical ones, but with more aluminum around the bolt holes so as to strengthen them. '86 and ups just had the plain ones with the raised oilfiller tube. My '92 has them.
