I saw an '05 Convertible the other day and it hit me as to why I don't care for them.
They have the body style like the '05 but the whole roof line is last years model. Hell that is half the looks. With the Verts you loose the fast back look.

Well the top may look like the ' 04' top but you can't beat the looks of the '05' GT vert when the top is down which mine would be most of the time
as I live in sunny Florida. Check this one out that I took a pic of at the
Mustang & Mustang show in "sunny" Polk City, Florida this Sunday.
Also, you can't buy a Camaro Vert anymore. GM stopped production
cause no one wanted them

My Redfire Vert Premium GT will be in the drive within the week, and although I like the looks of the '05 coupe, I'm totally psyched about the Vert! Thanks for posting the picture of my "soon to be" identicle twin! :thumbsup

I don't what the wheels are on that red vert or what lowering kit
he used. I do know the wheels are 18". I may see him again next weekend
at the Regional Mustang show in St Augustine. If I do I'll ask him where
he got the wheels and lowering kit and post it on this thread.
'05' Redfire Premium GT coupe
5 speed, Shaker 500, Int upgrade pkg., parchment leather
17" alum. wheels, JBA axle backs, Roush Qtr window louvres going on next week.

I prefer the coupe as well for the fastback look, but 'gotta admit, that is one fine looking vert! Really like the wheels and the dropped look.

I gotta start going to those Florida Stang shows. Nice ride, even though I prefer the fastback look.
