2002 v6 3.8L having issues with car vibrating between 1000-2000 rpm. It happens acceleration, de acceleration, and when I’m reving between those rpms. It also does it when I start it up. The harmonic balancer was changed out with one from a 99. It’s still having a vibrating problem. It has a tremec 5 speed manual transmission not sure which one though. It does have a lean code for bank one but changed the pcv valve and exhaust leak. What can be the issues I’m having? And if someone else has had the same issue and fixed it?

thank you good sir. When I was looking up the part for the harmonic balancer my year doesn’t have the counter weight on it. The one that’s on the car has a counter weight.
