Vibrations on 68 Mustang

Hi Everyone!

My Boss decided to buy himself a nice Mustang 68, aaaaand that is where the problem starts .

The engine is running fine, but we have vibrations as soon as we run more then idle. Some sort of "specialist" over here in germany told us that we got one with a 302 HO engine. He told us that probably the problem is the flywheel or the belt bulley. But to be exact, we even don't know for sure if it is really a 302HO.

What do you guys think we should do to get these things into the right order?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Could be a lot of things, but I'd check the harmonic balancer. If it is old and the rubber has deterioated it can cause vibration, and if bad enough, engine damage.
