what happened?!?! Did you just install something that could have done that?
i noticed in august and it gradually got worst almost everything is fresh except gaskets and more internal parts i have some broken vac lines and i don't know exactly where they go even after looking at the diagrams so i capped everything and it didn't change anything still runs like **** my KOEO is 10, 11 KOER is 94 44 33 which seems to be all vacuum related so i don't know...

Just capping the vacuum lines isn't going to help...they actually have places they need to feed into.

You can't have a 10 and 11 together. In-fact you can't get a 10 on a koeo test at all. 11=pass. A code 10 is only seen while running a balance test and you would have to have a dead hole(10= #1, 20=#2 and so on, 90 is a pass). Does the car have cats?

It seems like a plugged cat, low fuel pressure or retarded timing to me.

Have you done all the usual like tune up stuff?

What is your timing at?

What your fuel pressure at?

I did get a koeo 10, 11 using odb and I was told 10 is just a separator code
