I have a 1993 gt with a bad motor. And have come across a deal on a 1995 crate Remanufactured 5.0 engine. I just was wondering what kinds of bumps in the road I could expect with this swap. For example (will the brackets bolt up?) Or sensors, Or Oil pans(because this crate motor is pan to distributor. Any help would be appreciated, my guess is that sensors will be the problem, but I have no clue ,maybe the swap will not even bolt up to the 1993 brackets?:scratchchin

It will bolt right in as far as the block goes. Dizzy will need to changed, since the 95 models have a remote mount TFI. Unless you wanna hack into the 93 harness. Just swap all the front brackets out with the FOX ones, and use your intake too. This will eliminate any modifications you may have to do for the sensors.

Good Info:

Thanks, thats the type of info I am trying to obtain.:D So swapping back to the foxes distributor and intake should be good. The distibutor gear on the fox should match the 1995 I cannot tell until I get it. But this is enough info to pull the trigger on the purchase.
