Wanting to put 6 speed in foxbody help

I have an 88 notch with a 393 stroker I want to put a 6 speed tranny in it why you ask to be diffrent and for the extra gear on the freeway I'm wondering which 6 speed mustang or ford tranny I can use I know I can do a tranny out of a vette or camaro but would rather use ford any help is greatly appreciated build thread coming soon
