im having a really weird noise from my either tranny or rear end on my 01 gt. when i start rolling i have a braking noise that goes away after like 1 second but it happens everytime.... from i think more like the rear end. sounds exactly like if the park brake was on but its not even on. please help. thanks.

I'm having something just like that in my 2011 GT/CS. It sounds like a "CLUNK" when you first start out, and just before you stop, and it happens every time. I complete replaced everything in the rear end, and it's still there. Taking it in on Tuesday to a Transmission shop to have then check out the tranny.

A good first start would be to post in the correct section and not flood that forum with duplicate threads. :bigthumbsup
