Were do you guys keep your gate/garage door transmitter (keyfob)

I put mine on the passenger sun visor towards the center.

In the shallow cup holder nearest the shifter. My cell charger's plugged into the armrest storage power point. So I just toss the cell in there to.

Since I have a vert, I don't want it easily accessible. I clip it under the dash to the right of the steering wheel. It's a bit awkward reaching down there to push the button, but at least it is out of sight of prying eyes. :wavey

I have a Craftsman transmitter. I spray painted it flat black and placed "hook" velcro on the back. I placed it right in front of my map lights on the headliner, the hook velcro attaches perfectly. It blends in since I have a black headliner, and it is perfectly out of the way.

Gentex rearview w/ homelink. 2 garage and 1 gate is how mine is programmed. Also has comp/temp display. One of the very 1st things I did. I even asked the dealer before I got the car if it could be installed at the factory since Ford sold the mirror. No was the answer. I bought via ebay another key fob and velcroed it in the glove box for a trunk opener.

I thought about getting the homleink system but it was 400$ so naww.. I put my garage door opener in the cup holder and yeah my phone charger in the arm rest.. whenever I had my garage doro opener on the other mustang it would always fly off when the gears shifted haha

just clipped it to the sunvisor over my head....the car is never out of the garage so it stays in there when at home ....to many kiddoes around my house and others with toys and bikes to lean on or near it if it sits in the driveway......i really like the idea of an extra remote in the glovebox to open the trunk though......great thinking since the big designers at ford forgot us on the trunk part.......i would be affraid to make anything permanant in the car in case it did have to sit in the driveway for anyreason i wouldn't want someone to be able to just push a button and get in the garage....

yeah I kind of drive close to my steering wheel so the keys sometimes hit my knees (which hits my bass boost control and turns bass down! gr) but anyway yeah I liked in the old mustsangs how the trunk buttons didnt work on the keys when the car was on.. atleast it never did for me, and I always had to use the button in the glove box, the other day I came home and think my truck was open the whole time (just unlocked, it didnt fly open or anything, which im surprised after i get thru first and second gears haha) so i figured my knee might have bumped it against the boost control and made it pop open =/

all those g's made the thing stay shut....that and probably the weight of the spoiler.........or that body in the trunk wasn't really dead yet and it jumped out at the light using that nifty glow in the dark handle.....

Mine sits in the forward cup holder just as yours does now. I have a strict no eating or drinking rule in the stang so it's just unused space for me!
