I'm wondering what the stock hoods are made out of so I can replace it with another one like it. Putting in a shaker system and need a new hood to cut into.

Thanks Zach

HOLY SCHNIKES!!!!! that is definitely expesnsive for a hood...both the $649 and the $1,000. I amdefintiely keeping my stock ood (well protected in a padded box) for a long time. I hate to see how expensive they wll be in 30 years when they actually become hard to come by.

HOLY EXPENSIVE, BATMAN!

SHOOT! I'd just get an aftermarket hood if I were you. I've seen PERFECT hoods go for $100 locally on Craigslist. :scratchchin
