The cam in the motor is a voodoo 268h,it run's well after about 2500 rpm's,but I try not to drive that fast.I want my bottom end back.Should I reto a roller in there?I do enjoy the sound thou.smog is not a factor.plus I have my 8.8 and 3.73's,electric fan and 6g alternator finally installed.any thought's would help!!Oem block bored .20.

if you retro fit the motor you would have more choice regarding the cam selection.....

what would a good cam from 1000-5000rpms be for my set up.e,f ,b????this one starts at 1800 and pulles to 6200.268/272 I think 5.23 on intake side and 5.38 on ex.what my power on bottom end.

Steeda # 18 Recommended rpm range 2500-6000, your going the wrong way.I want the the low end.but thanks anyway
