ok guys, im going to buy some gears... but i dont know what ones to get i have a 2002 V6.. all i have done to the car is the true duel exhaust, and a CAI... also i was wondering if i do get the 3.73's what will they do... i dont really know how the gears work... also if you could tell me what the difference between the 3.73's and the 4.10... i use the car to drive everyday, but i like to race... thanks!!!!

if manual go with 3.73's if auto go with 4.10's If you use the interstate alot go with 3.55's, it would be benificial to get a FR T-lok to go with it as the same time becuase you would have to get the differential pulled inorder to install the gears.

Yea i have a auto... but what are the pros and cons of getting gears... like this is one thing that i dont know anything about. also, how much am i looking at to get them installed... since i cant do it myself (lack of tools)...

figure 800 dollars after it's all said and done.

you'll gain some in city mileage, specifically stop and go traffic, you'll lose a bunch in highway mpg.

more wear on your valvetrain, less on your transmission.
