I don't know what price to let the car go for. This is my only car, and I've put a long years worth of work into it. I'm realizing that as much as I love the car, I'm going to need something a little safer and better for long distance driving, as I will be going away to college and sometimes commuting between California and Washington.
Original 200 Straight 6. Current registration. VIN on car in two locations.
This is just some of the work I've done on it:
SSBC disk brakes,
dual bowl master cylinder,
SSBC proportioning valve,
rebuilt C4 transmission,
all new electrical wiring / terminals / connections for entire car,
rebuilt and tuned Holley carburetor,
new exhaust system with standard manifold,
Dynomax Bullet muffler,
new front shocks,
K&N air filter,
fiberglass '67-style Shelby hood,
hood pins (still have protective sticker on top to prevent scratches),
billet grille,
new Hella headlights,
new chrome front bumper,
new chrome alternator,
Pertronix Ignitor II electronic ignition,
new spark plug wires,
new gauges,
electrical vehicle speed sensor wired to gauges,
new fuel tank and fuel level sensor,
new fuel pump,
2 inline fuel filters,
replaced stock oil pan,
insulation included, just needs to be laid down under carpet.
New door locks, trunk lock, and ignition - door and ignition are on the same key while trunk key is separate just like stock.
Timing and carburetor are tuned to run very smoothly. No rust, but does need paint. Chrome trim all looks good, is mostly covered with masking tape to prevent scratches. Original seats in good condition, although the two front seats should be re-upholstered.
