I have stock 5.o block with an E cam, ported gt40 heads with manley race valves,edelbrock rpm II intake, 76mm c&L mass air, and 30lb injectors BBK pressure regulator and guage. What size fuel pump a BBK 155lph or a BBK 190lph would be a better choice would the 190 be to big? or would extra gas supplied to injectors just be returned to the gas tank?

No problem with using the 190, I use that myself. Whatever you don't use will just get recirculated back to the tank.
