the tires are the stock 4 lug tires but the ones that are on them are so bad that i cant read what they say. can some one help?

This site will help with tires sizes, but you have to know the diameter and the width of the rim...

195/75R14 will fit the 14" rims. They are just a tad taller than the originals.
