I believe my car is in Failure Management Effects Mode (FMEM). I think this because when i unplug my MAF there is no effect, my car keeps running, rough, but still running the same as when the MAF is plugged in. I replaced the MAF sensor with one i had laying around that i know worked fine 3 months ago, so could it be IAC or something else causing this? Just wondering where to go from here, any help or ideas would be great.

Could be a failed meter, happens all the time. That'd explain why unplugging the meter doesn't make a difference.
