the injectors are stock 19lb injectors.
347 cubic inches is where i would start......looking to build a 1990 gt that i just got, but there are so many different ways to go, wondering which way is the best, ty
see below......was also wondering if stock injectors are orange if not what color are they mine look kinda orange
he will need an aftermarket block if hes looking for 500hp. 500hp is the limit before a stock 302 block cracks. IMO, i wouldnt even want to push my luck with over 300hp at the wheels on a stock block. If its a low mileage 302 a h/c/i and strim supercharger will get you their. If motor is high mileage a rebuild would be good 306,331,347 and strim. Then you need suspension work to hook,a better tranny, and the list goes on and on. Many of us have been down this road. To build it correct you need deep pockets. If the car run fine now enjoy it a little before you start modding.:bigthumbsup
All depends on what turbos you get and how much boost you run.thx guys thought about a supercharger, what do you all think of a twin turbo kit, what would that put me at about?
First you'll want to start with a good suspension. Because 500HP + stock suspension= nothing but a cool burnout.
Then start with an aftermarket block. Stroke to 347, some high flowing heads and intake, and a custom grind cam. :bigthumbsup
If you have to ask that question you are not ready for 500 HP at the wheels or crank........whats hci? how much is just a block roughly, sry new to this
fixed.........:bigthumbsupHow much money do you have is the question as I am sure we can all blow 50k in one HOUR.
