Hey everybody

I have just finished painting my car and my next project is to have some new wheels and tires. I have 14 inch magnum 500 wheels with some cheapass eldorado 225/70/14 tires on it that I can sell to another guy. I would like to put some bigger and wider wheels on it. I was thinking about magnum 500's front 15 X 7 rear 15 X 8 wit BF Goodrich radial TA's 225/70/15 in the front and 275/60/15 in the rear (or is this to wide)?
I live in holland and there are not that many mustangs to have a look how it looks or if it fits? so I would really appreciate some help. also maybe also some info on a good place in the USA where I can buy them
Many thanx in advance, Jan Dankers

Not sure about the clearance you have in the rear on 69-70 models, but on the front I would run a 225/60/15 or 235/60/15 on 15x7: 4.25'' backspace, 275 might be too big on the back, I would think a 255/60/15 or 245/60/15 would be better on a 15x8. Dodgestangs chart is a good point of reference, looks like there is a couple people running 15x8 4.5'' backspace and 255/60/15 with no problems. 15x7 235/60/15 and 15x8 255/60/15 sounds like a good combination.
