I've got a 2001 Mustang and the right front wheel squeaks whenever I turn it left or right. Power steering fluid is full. Not sure what the problem could be, but it doesn't sound good at all.

This is a bad creaking sound even when sitting still and turning the wheel. Is this a know issue?

Does the sound happen near the steering limits? If so, there is a Ford TSB regarding this. The fix basically involves installing new steering rack support bushings and through K-member tubes.
