Page 330 (2011 owner's manual) seems to contradict itself. Is the required change at 30k or 150k? 150 seems like an awfully long time.

Second what's up with the no dipstick?

There is no dipstick.

Transmission is not designed to be owner serviceable.

Fluid change is to be done with a fluid recovery system that pumps the old fluid out and the new fluid in through the cooler lines.

Bring it to the dealer at around 30k and see if they will change it out.

So it is 30K miles, not the otherwise noted 150K? Thanks.

It's 150,000 miles unless you're driving in special operating conditions on a continual basis, at which time you should adhere to the 30,000 mile interval. Those special operating conditions are addressed on pages 334 and 335.

Sounds good. Thanks for the heads up. I'll crack open my manual and just take a look.
