Hey Everyone,

I'm doing a HCI swap and am in the process of putting everything back together.

I can't remember where this stupid bar goes (see picture)? I vaguely remember taking it off of the back of the engine somewhere but I can't seem to figure out where. I had the long bolt attached to it when I put it away, so I'm assuming they somehow go together.

For some reasons I must have forgot to tag this item...

Thanks!

Goes from the rear of the passenger side upper intake to the rear of the lower intake on the drivers side.

I threw mine away years ago and so have many others with no ill effects from doing so.

Cool. Thanks bro.

Is it just suppose to be another ground strap?

I've never seen that before- it must have been gone before I owned my stangs. What was it's purpose?

I've been on many different Mustang site over the past 13 years and no one seems to know exactly what that part is for. Best theory I've read was that it was use as a brace while the engine was being shipped, but I have no idea if that's true.
The only people who would know exactly what that part is for is the Ford engineers is my best guess.
