Open the trunk. Look at the cover protecting the driver's side taillight. There will be a red button. Push that button.

Yup, I got an '03 GT Mustang and its in the trunk, left hand side... if it doesn't work, disconnect the cable to the switch try turing the car on the go back and plug in the cable then try the reset button. If you car is working properly and you want to turn the fuel pump off dissconect the cable, let the car run until it dies (won't hurt anything) and you're set. When you want to turn it on just plug it in and hit the button.Would the procedure be the same for a 2003 Mustang Gt? I replaced the fuel puimp and the car still is not starting.
