Id go personally, with a catback exhaust ( go with flowmaster) and if you can afford it get the performance x or h pipe either with or without catalytics to go with it. Then maybe a Cold Air Intake.. maybe a performance shifter.

I got my BBK Offroad Xpipe off ebay for 90 bucks shipped to my door
i am getting Gears soon.. they are 150+/- from mustangtuning aswell but unless you can install gears your self unlike me i have to get a place to install them and thats more than the gears them selves..
i got a Diablo Sport Predator from FoxPerformance for 299, works great sick throttle responce and power through power band
