prob neither. i have gms pro series on my car and if i picked up 5 hp ill be thankful. to pick up that kind of power it would need to be boosted. they dynoed a terminator with there coils and it picked up close to 20 hp, but n/a cars wont pick up that much.
I watched a video on the GMS web site, and the 18 hP increase they talk about was on a 2003 Mustang Cobra that had been superchatged and produced 485 HP before the GMS coils were installed. Additionally they stated that their coils sdded HP only in teh upper RPM range where the stock coild would start to break down. So, on our V6's I doubt you would get any at all.
