You will gain around 35 HP with the heads, but heads alone wont get you to high 12s.
Match the heads with Cam, roller rockers, intake, 70mm TB and a good tuneup and you will be in the mid to low 13's. Of course this depends on many factors: tires, traction, weight, altitude..etc.
