no 1 cylinder plug is white latley is this from a lean condition? weak injector or maybe a head gasket car gets low on antifreeze every week or two does not overheat but seem to have lost some power what else could this be from ? any ideas? please help as i miss my toy running proper still runs great but lacking a little!

if your losing coolant, you need to find out why.

Hard to tell without seeing the plug. If it looks like it got so hot it turned white, then it might be your timing, or you might be running too lean, or a vacuum leak in your intake manifold, or sticking valves, or your engine is running too hot.
