Whit smoke usually indicates a blown head gasket, but if its only a slight white vapor on first startup, it may just be condensation. If it is the head gasket, you will find out pretty soon, as they usually start billowing white smoke all the time when they let go. YMMV

It's a big plume of white smoke on start up and high rpm. I was thinking head gasket aswell which would explain why it feels down on power. Anti freeze does not seem to be getting any lower so may be a small leek? Others have said having no cats can contribute to the smoke.

How positive are you that it's white smoke? Or is there a blue tint to it. Something else that can cause smoke on start up is worn valve stem seals.
