A person gets an Xplan PIN and you take it to your local Ford dealer. If that PIN opens the door to the car you want, you buy it for a discount based on various factors. This is not legal in TX, FL or MI.








J/K Xplan is for Ford employees and family members. The PIN is the authorization to buy the car at the employee price. Yes it is very legal sir.
