You're talking about the best Mustang tuners in the world and I'm pretty confident you'll be happy with any of the above Company's! However here's a little bit about how we write our tunes:

For every Bama Tune we ask you 19 questions about your specific Mustang, including your unique mods and style of driving. This info helps us write custom tunes from the ground-up for your Mustang's mods that will give you the most horsepower that we can safely deliver. We're also constantly developing our tunes! Between our 14 different Project Mustangs and tons of street/track and dyno testing (on our in-house Dynojet 224xLC), we're looking for any minor tweaks to be made that can benefit you guys. We're also part of Fords Technology Transfer Program & Work very closely with Ford to insure that all of our tunes are perfect!

Another great benefit to ordering with us is our free tunes for life program. Anytime you get a new modification just hit up the Bama team and they'll send you out a revised file!

MRT? Out of Canton, MI? I've been in their shop and didn't even know they did tunes

I've done a lot of business with Brenspeed and will continue with them, but since you're out of NJ, I'd take a look at JDM

Depends where you are. Around here (Austin-Tx area) are a few good tuners.

If you can afford it have the car tuned on a dyno and afterwards for drive ability. There are variables that can't be accommodated with remote tunes.

Best tunes for what? Just a CAI/tuner combo?

If that's what it is then just go with brenspeed or american muscle for bama tunes. Both give new tunes when you buy a product from them as long as you purchased the tuner from them.
