Dude! that is nasty!!! Looking good!

Nice play on words with the subject line too. Mechanically talented and witty too! ;)

Looks great:worship
Gotta love it! :clap
Rickman,

What type of black finish did you use on the hood. It doesn't look very glossy like the rest of the car. That is a really awesome look with the shaker.
It looks totally cool! Just a quick question though. I thought when you put the shaker hood scoop on that you wouldnt need the stock air filter box?
Great mod! I think it is one of the best things to do.

I have a question about the trim around the hood cut. What is used to hide it? Can you get a close up picture of it?
Thanks, Russ

no zoom, the ring is a nice fit and the more air-the better:happyhapp

Thanks for the quick answer. A bit more to ask though... is the trim "ring" metal then? or..is it like the door edge guard stuff? Is there a seam?

Thanks again, Russ

Russ the bottom and top ring are plastic and they interlock with 4 pop-rivets...Reg

If I'm not mistaken, the scoop feeds air through a hose into the stock air box
