In the process of creating this list, I just saw one on the forums go for $250 shipped with all the above parts (minus GT500 MAF sensor). Supposedly had around 2,000 miles!!

**This is kinda pricey for a minimal pump. Life expectancy of pump estimated around 5000 hrs (per forums/vendors). This is a 2.5 GPM pump. Other brands are available for reasonable price. Use caution if purchasing used with the history of the pump. I bought one new a couple years ago from ebay and paid $89+shipping. Pump did work fine. For this project I am using a 33GPM pump for $145. That will feed a +800 hp beast! Cooling and low IAT’s are important!

a GT500(as of now) has the 5.4, GT(as of now) has a 4.6. There may be kits for the swap. GOOGLE it and see what comes up:bigthumbsup

I haven't seen any kits yet. So far you would have to purchase the 5.4 set up and install into your car, which won't be cheap. You could always get a SC made specific for you car, like the Saleen SC. Push around 5 psi and be around 450rwhp.

The GT500 blower will eclipse 450hp without much trouble. And that is when the motor needs to get forged anyway.

By my calculations the GT500 blower can make up to about 525hp on a 3v before it is just spinning too fast and overheating the IAT.

If the intake is kept to a fair price (I'd think $500 for that too) all you would really need after that is injectors and a tune. We're talking less than a two grand supercharger setup easily if you kept it non intercooled. It would be an easy way to make the 05-10s run with the new 2011 GT. And the GT500 blower is a pretty capable blower if it's ported. Hurry up! I'll try it! :kooky:

I emailed KB, they are not planning a 4.2 or a 3.6 kit for the 3v's.
The 3.6's are just for the GT500's, the Chevys and the Mopars. The 4.2's are not out yet.

So the most we can get in regards to positive displacement superchargers is a KB 2.8 or a Whipple 3.4.
