i saw and older mark XII in a junk yard and saw that the rear end hard disc and 5 lug was just woundering if it would fit in my 91 gt instead of doing the converion kit any help would be great

The housing is the same width, but the axles are 3/4" longer each side
cuz there's an ABS sensor wheel on the axle just outside of the
seal and bearing, so your wheels would be 3/4" farther out.

I know that guys have adapted those brakes to Stang rear ends
I think by using different brackets or something - do a search
on Google or on Stangnet.com or Corral.net

Not %100 sure, but I think the brackets on the housing are the same
for the arms etc.

I think an SN95 Conversion is a better choice. I am pretty sure you will have problems rigging a handbrake to work with the Lincoln rear, plus you still will have to mod your booster, M/C, and prop valve.

my buddy with q 89gt tryed to do that swap and it was way to wide with stock wheels. hes now useing my 94 gts rear end and i got the mark 7 rear. a sn-95 rear will be easyer for fiting but they all will bolt up
