Will I need new tunes for my mods?

Hey guys,

This is my first post but I've read through plenty of threads here for a while now.
I had a small questions regarding the tuner I have.

I purchased the SCT Tuner from AM about 6 months back and I have to say it really helped my car wake up.

I bought the K&N filter and roush axle back recently and I wanted to ask if I should ask for a new tune for my new mods?

I realize that I probably wont get more than 5 hp at most from these two mods but in the future for mods like an air intake and headers will I need new tunes?
